Oils Center · North American multichannel sellerOils Center — a North American multichannel seller of oils and DIY products.
The operation ran on manual work: orders pulled from each marketplace by hand, stock updated separately per channel, labels created one at a time, payments matched in a spreadsheet.
We rebuilt the layer underneath: product export and import across marketplaces, order sync into one system, shipping automation through ShipStation, Stripe and PayPal integration, Google services for reporting, and AI integrations on the storefront.
Result: daily order volume went from 2–3 to 30–40, handled by the same team. Automation didn't sell more — it meant a 10× increase didn't require 10× the people.

An automation studio, working since 2013Proplat is an automation studio working since 2013. We started building online stores and moved into what actually makes them profitable — the systems behind them. Today most of our work is integration, process automation and AI agents for businesses in Canada, the US and Europe. Our Ontario presence gives clients here a local point of contact; the engineering team works from Europe.

What people ask before the first callHow do you price projects?
The first 30-minute call is free. Discovery and audit start at CAD $1,200, implementation at CAD $4,000, ongoing support at CAD $650 a month. Exact numbers come after we see your systems — we don't quote before we know what we're connecting.
How long until something works?
A first automation usually ships in 2–4 weeks. Larger multi-system projects run longer, but we deliver in iterations so value arrives before the project is finished.
Do we have to change our platform?
Usually not. We connect to what you run. We only recommend replacing a system when it genuinely can't do what you need.
Where is your team based?
Our client contact is in Ontario, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. The engineering team works from Europe, which means work continues outside your business hours rather than pausing.
What about data privacy and Canadian regulations?
For regulated work — health information under PHIPA, personal data under PIPEDA, privileged legal material — we build architectures where sensitive data doesn't leave your infrastructure. That's a service of its own; details on the AI without data leaks page.
What if our software has no public API?
There's often a path anyway — scheduled file exchange, database access, portal exports. Less elegant than an API, but it works. We assess feasibility on the call.
What happens after launch?
External APIs change and break — that's normal. On support we monitor the automations, fix what breaks, and add new ones as your operation grows. Without support we'll still fix things, but as separate work.
